Meditation techniques

1.
Kriya Pranayama

There is a spiritual breath-control method known as Kriya Pranayama in which we move prana, or life power, up to the spine. Through this method, we are able to clear our energy pathways and calm our mind, and it would speed up our spiritual development.

2. Inner Silence Meditation

We should sit quietly and watch our thoughts until they fade into silence. This would help us develop deep awareness and oneness with limitless consciousness.

3. Sushumna Awakening

This technique would awaken our Kundalini energy by concentrating on the spine's energy channel, Sushumna. This would help us to attain higher states of consciousness, and inner calmness gets deepened.

4. Tratak (Gazing Meditation)

We should fix our eyes on a flame, a dot, or a spiritual sign without blinking our eyes much. This would improve our focus and help open our third-eye vision.

5. OM Resonance

When we chant “OM" deeply and experience its vibration in our spine, this would bring our body and intellect in harmony with the universal energy of creation.

6. Shiva Consciousness Meditation

We can dissolve our ego by meditating on Shiva's formless existence. It would bring inner detachment, joy, and the realization of the everlasting Self.

7. Heart-Centered Meditation

We must silently call forth divine love through chanting “I am love” while focusing on the spiritual heart. This practice would help us develop deep compassion and heavenly communion.

8. Breathless State Meditation

We should practice deep inner silence within our minds until we observe breath naturally to suspend, slow down, or stop. This would help to develop pure consciousness and oneness with the Infinite.

9. Sun Gazing Meditation

This is the practice in which we observe the rising or setting of the sun. We must choose the time to see the sun when UV radiation is minimal. We must look at the sun with a soft gaze, without straining our eyes. This method would develop greater consciousness and improve our inner vigor.

10. Sound Meditation

We should listen to the body's inner cosmic noises, also known as sound meditation. We can attain a state of deep meditation and transcend our worldly distractions through tuning into these holy sounds.

11.
Chakra Purification

We should clean and activate our chakra through visualizing it and growing breath energy into it. We have a total of seven chakras, or energy centers, inside our bodies, and when we clean them, it raises our spiritual awareness and harmonizes our bodies' energies.

12. Mantra Initiation

We should meditate on a holy mantra obtained through divine initiation. This practice would soothe our mind, alleviate our karma, and provide us access to higher realms.

13. Maha Mudra Meditation

This technique would awaken our hidden energy by combining certain body positions with breath control. This method would speed up our spiritual development and revitalize our body.

14. Nada Brahma Meditation

We should chant or hum to cause internal vibratory awareness. This technique would ease our mental unrest and broaden our consciousness.

15.
Sacred Fire Visualization

In this method, we visualize a sacred fire in our mind and give it all our imperfections. This would speed up our spiritual evolution and purify our thinking.

16. Golden Light Meditation

We should try to visualize golden light streaming into our body from the head. Through this technique, we gain inner serenity and heavenly vitality.

17. Siddha Healing Meditation

In order to heal ourselves and others, we are suggested to do Siddha Healing Meditation, which involves absorbing cosmic energy. It involves the integration of breath control, mantra vibrations, energy channelizing, and divine consciousness. This method would strengthen our connection to universal energy.

18. Stillness in the Void

We should meditate on the wide, empty space that surrounds and exists inside ourselves. This method would help in uniting our awareness with the limitless through dissolving our ego.

19. Shakti Transmission Meditation

This is the practice of meditating in front of a realized master in order to absorb and transfer spiritual energy from Him to us. This exercise would help awaken our dormant spiritual potential.

20. Meditation on the Divine Will

We must give up all our personal aspirations and submit fully to the will of the divine. This would result in self-acceptance, inner freedom, and a strong faith in God's purpose.

Conclusion

Mahavtar Babaji meditation methods lead us to spiritual awakening, divine contact, and deep inner calmness. Through practicing them, we can achieve true enlightenment and transcend our worldly illusions. His teachings and presence help seekers achieve liberation and unity with the Supreme.
