The meditation methods of Master M

Teacher’s Introduction

Master M is a disciple of Mahavatar Baba, a highly esteemed spiritual leader who is instrumental in spreading Kriya Yoga. He is respected as a sage who guided many people towards a deeper understanding of themselves and spiritual awakening. His teachings focus on finding inner peace and a profound connection with the divine through the unity of body, mind, and spirit. Those who have accepted spiritual discipline, self-transformation, and heightened consciousness have also been inspired by Master M's teachings. He has offered a detailed course on enlightenment, and his methods of meditation integrate various aspects of yoga and divine ideas.

Meditation techniques

1.
Kriya Yoga (Breath Control Meditation)

Kriya Yoga, also known as breath control meditation, is a form of yoga that aims to calm the mind and boost energy flow by means of the practice of controlled breathing. An elevated level of consciousness and enlightenment can be achieved by those who practice kriya yoga and learn to control their breathing.

2.
Concentration on the third eye

The third eye, located between the eyebrows, is a place of concentration that might improve one's intuitive perception and mental clarity. In this method, we should gently lift our glance with our eyes closed to the point between our eyebrows and imagine a soft and radiant light at this point. We need to maintain a gentle focus while avoiding strain or creating tension. This method should be done under the guidance of a mentor. If we feel stressed while using this method, we must suddenly stop and contact our mentor.

3.
Chakra Meditation

We can balance and clean our energy centers of the body, or chakras, through meditating on them. This way, we can restore our harmony and open spiritual progress within.

4.
Silent Sitting (Meditative Stillness)

We must sit quietly while being mindful of our thoughts, and this is a wonderful way to relax the mind and spirit. By learning to detach our thoughts, this practice can help us achieve inner peace.

5.
Mantra Meditation

For those who are seeking spiritual enlightenment and mental concentration, the practice of mantra meditation, or the repeated recitation of a sacred word/phrase, such as "Om" or any other mantra, can be a powerful tool.

6. Visualization Meditation

This is a kind of meditation known as "visualization meditation”. We can imagine a guiding light, a representation of God, or a sacred symbol, and a more peaceful state of mind and heightened awareness can be achieved through this process.

7.
Breath Awareness

When we bring our awareness to the rising and falling of our breath, we may quiet our turbulent thoughts and sharpen our focus. This meditation can act as a stabilizing force for the mind.

8.
Self-Inquiry (Atma Vichar)

In this meditation, we must ask, "Who am I?" This will promote self-awareness and ultimately lead to the discovery of our authentic selves, separate from the ego.

9.
Spiritual Receptivity

In this method, we must maintain a state of spiritual receptivity through quiet meditation, which can lead to enlightenment and tranquility.

10.
Affirmation Meditation

We must recite encouraging words aloud while meditating and can bring our thoughts into harmony with universal truths and develop a characteristic that is conducive to spiritual strength, prosperity, and serenity.

11.
Yogic Sleep, or Yoga Nidra

It is a form of guided meditation that allows us to relax deeply while keeping our awareness fully present. Two of its benefits are restoring energy and easing mental and physical tension.

12.
Meditation on Surrender (Ishvara Pranidhana)

We must renounce attachment to worldly goals and give our will up to a higher power, and this would give inner harmony and enlightenment.

13.
Sound Meditation (Nada Yoga)

We must harness the power of subtle internal or external sounds like the Om sound, and it can enhance focus and awareness of the inner world.

14. Nature Meditation

Whether at the sight of trees or the sound of the wind, we can help ourselves to reestablish equilibrium and connection with the divine inherent in all things.

15. Harmonizing with Universal Energy (Prana Meditation)

Prana meditation, or harmonizing with universal energy, is a practice that can help us become more spiritually alive and attuned by training our mind and body to focus on the flow of prana, or life energy.

16. Loving-Kindness Meditation

When we practice loving kindness, we emit positive energy, empathy, and affection toward ourselves and those around us. It establishes a state of contentment by strengthening the heart center.

17.
Guided Meditation

We would find it easier to focus and find our way through meditation with the support of a spiritual teacher or recording.

18. Heart-Centered Meditation

A more profound union with the divine can be achieved through heart-centered meditation, which involves focusing our awareness on the heart chakra while also nurturing emotions of compassion and love.

19.
Vairagya, or Detachment Meditation

This is a technique for liberating ourselves spiritually from the shackles of the ego by training us to be objective and unattached to material concerns.

20.
Meditation on Gratitude

When we reflect on our good fortune and express gratitude while meditating, we can open our hearts to a greater sense of serenity, prosperity, and oneness with the divine.

Conclusion:
Through the practice of meditation, Master M hopes to lead his students on a path of enlightenment and discovery. Concentration, self-awareness, and surrendering to the Divine are the important principles of his practices. The results of diligent practice of these methods are clear thinking, inner calm, and enlightenment. If we aspire to go beyond our own egos and into harmony with the truth of the universe, we will surely find inspiration in Master M's teachings.
