14. Kayotsarga (Body Awareness Meditation)

15. Yogic meditation (or Dhyana)

16. Linga Bhairavi Chanting Meditation

 This meditation uses the chants of Linga Bhairavi to invoke divine feminine energy, and it can bring dedication and harmony to our spiritual life.


17. Shiva Stuthi Meditation

18. Nada Brahma Meditation
